The finance department has many responsibilities within the City of Pikeville. The department is sub-structured into Budgetary and Accounting, Billing, Fixed Assets, and Utility Office.

Within each department, we offer professional customer service to the City of Pikeville community. The City of Pikeville operates on a twenty four million dollar budget per fiscal year. The Finance Director has over 18 years experience within the city and served as interim City Manager. The Finance department is responsible for balancing and maintaining the budget for each department within the city.

Billing department handles the accounts receivable and the utility bills along with the district bills within the city limits. Over four thousand customers currently have city utility services. We offer natural gas to some citizens outside the city limits.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and  Friday - 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Wednesday: 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
