Reports are available ten (10) business days from the time of the incident. A reminder that KRS (Kentucky Revised Statutes) allows only a party of the report or legal representative to have a copy of a collision report. City ordinance sets the following costs for reports.
Collision Report - $5.00.
Case Report - $2.00.
Incident Report - $2.00.
Photos from a report on a CD - $5.00.
Report can be mailed for a flat fee of: $5.00.
Any questions regarding the report should first be directed to the investigating officer. You will find the investigating officer's name and badge number on the bottom the the first page of the report.
All reports must be picked up Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. |
