Members Serve three year terms.  Meetings are held the last Wednesday  of each month at Noon.   Meetings are held in the City Annex Building located at 178 College Street, Pikeville, KY 41501.Hambley Boulevard.  See KRS 91A.350 for duties and qualifications.
